WebOpenrent referencing a joke! No ability to directly contact them by phone. I made the terrible mistake of getting referencing done by Openrent! Towards the end of last year, the referencing was moved from Rentguard to in house Openrent referencing. Their service is beyond atrocious. They do have an automated system when things go right.
