I have never found any other version or app that changes the wallpaper, but it still turns daily refresh off randomly, mostly when the computer has been unused in a while. I think it's a conflict between the Windows scheduler and the Bing app. It shouldn't be happening at all. WebIt's nice to see that this app: supports both lock screen and background theme; the pictures available in highest quality (over full HD with Daily Bing wallpapers) I have been using Daily Desktop Wallpaper for a couple of years. John’s Background Switcher does this 10x better and has been available for years.

I have setting to change wallpaper with Wifi and Cellular Data daily and re-installed. After a couple days the wallpaper is the same as the day before.
